RICH Soaps - Company Policies

RICH Soaps ensures to list all ingredients used in each product description on our website and the product list found on the back of the hang tag on our soap bars and the back/bottom of the product, for all other soap products. It is the customer's responsibility to read the product description, before ordering, to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed. RICH Soaps, LLC will not be responsible, in the event an allergic reaction occurs as a result of using our products. 

Due to the nature of our business, we ask all of our customers to test out any purchased products on a patch of skin to ensure there are no reactions to the products used. If there ever is an issue where a customer has a bad reaction to any of our products, we ask for you to contact us at richsoapsllc@gmail.com or (720) 432 1774, for rectification.

Our products or services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Before using any of our products, please consult with your doctor or dermatologist to ensure the products will not interfere with any current medical conditions. All products are for external use only and are not approved by the Food Drug Administration and should not be used for any other purpose. If redness, itchiness, swelling, discomfort or pain occurs after using any or our product please discontinue use immediately and contact your physician or dermatologist for further treatment.

RICH Soaps currently only accepts electronic payments via Stripe or Paypal via our website. During in-person events, RICH Soaps can accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, or Cash On Delivery. Payment must be received in full before the delivery of the product can begin. 

Order processing can take up to 3-5 business days after your order has been placed, as soon as 2 business days. RICH Soaps provides shipping for all purchased products across the United States through United States Postal Services. All prices are automatically calculated via the website portal, based on your shipping location entered at checkout. RICH Soaps provides Standard and Priority Mail Shipping Options.

Standard Shipping: 3 - 10 days after you have been notified your package has been shipped

Priority Mail Shipping: 1 -3 days after you have been notified your package has been shipped.

PICK-UPS: The option to pick-up your order is no longer an option.
